Important Appointment Information:

  • A referral is required from a local doctor/GP, optometrist or specialist so that we can have a better picture of your health and past history and also for you to receive a Medicare rebate
  • Please also bring your current glasses
  • Be prepared to provide information about medical history and medications
  • First appointments may take up to 2 hours, longer if a procedure is required, subsequent appointments may be shorter
  • Pupil dilation and/or procedures undertaken during your appointment may result in your vision being blurred for a few hours. It is advisable to bring someone to drive you, use public transport or wait for your vision to clear before driving. If you are not prepared to have your pupils dilated, then you cannot receive a comprehensive eye examination.
